Terms of Service — PharmaProQuiz

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PharmaProQuiz mobile application (the "App") provided by Nv Tech Max ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App. You sign in using Google Sign-In and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own study and exam preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, record, or redistribute the question banks, papers, or other content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or data of the App.
- Share your account, or use the App in a way that disrupts or abuses the service or other users.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
4. Purchases & access pass
The App offers a paid access pass that unlocks premium content for a fixed period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- The pass is a prepaid, one-time purchase. It does not auto-renew and is not a subscription — you will not be charged again automatically when it ends.
- When the year ends, premium access simply stops unless you choose to buy a new pass.
- All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Payment, billing, and supported methods (including UPI) are handled by Google Play under its own terms.
- Prices may change for future purchases. Any change applies only to new purchases, not to a pass you already hold.
5. Refunds
Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Because billing is handled by Google Play, refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy. For purchase issues, you may also contact us at nvtechmax@gmail.com.
6. Educational content disclaimer
PharmaProQuiz is a study aid for exam preparation. While we work to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no guarantee that it is error-free, complete, or current with any syllabus or examination. The content is not professional, medical, or pharmaceutical advice, and must not be relied upon for clinical or dispensing decisions. We do not guarantee any particular exam result or outcome.
7. Intellectual property
The App and all content within it — including questions, papers, text, and design — are owned by Nv Tech Max or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
8. Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update content and these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nv Tech Max will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time — see our account deletion page.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Telangana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
