Delete your PharmaProQuiz account & data

This page explains how to request deletion of your PharmaProQuiz account and the personal data associated with it, as operated by Nv Tech Max.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
Open Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account and associated data are removed automatically.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Send an email to nvtechmax@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your account, typically within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name and email received from Google Sign-In).
- Your profile photo stored in cloud storage.
- Your learning activity, including saved batch results and scores.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where we are legally required to, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements — for example:
- Purchase records: Payments are processed by Google Play Billing. Records required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention may be retained for the period required by law. To manage purchases on Google's side, visit your Google Play account.
Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is then deleted.
