Privacy Policy — PharmaProQuiz

This Privacy Policy explains how Nv Tech Max ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the PharmaProQuiz mobile application (the "App"), Android package com.pharmaproquiz.app. By using the App you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
The App is owned and operated by Nv Tech Max, based in India. For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at nvtechmax@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
a. Account & profile information
The App uses Google Sign-In as the only way to log in. When you sign in, we receive from Google your name, email address, and profile photo. We do not see or store your Google password. When you set up your profile, you also provide your date of birth.
b. Profile photo
If you set a profile photo, the image is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 cloud storage so it can be shown in the App.
c. Learning activity
When you complete a practice batch, we store the result of that batch (such as your score and the date) linked to your account, so you can see your progress. The App does not track individual keystrokes or browsing outside the App.
d. Purchase information
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and managed through RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of whether you hold an active access pass. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details — those are handled entirely by Google Play.
e. Technical data
Our service providers may automatically process limited technical data (such as a device identifier, app version, and timestamps) needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and sign you in.
- To save your profile photo and show your progress and scores.
- To deliver and unlock content you have purchased.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To keep the App secure and to fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Service providers we share data with
We use trusted third-party providers to run the App. They only process data on our behalf for the purposes above:
- Google — sign-in and Google Play Billing for purchases. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — authentication and database that stores your account and learning activity. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud storage for profile photos. See AWS Privacy Notice.
- RevenueCat — manages purchase and entitlement status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
5. Data retention
We keep your account information and learning activity for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data as described in our account deletion page, except where we are required to keep certain records (for example, purchase records that Google Play or tax law require us to retain).
6. Your rights and choices
- Access & correction: You can view and update your profile in the App.

7. Security
We use reputable cloud providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Age requirement
The App is intended for pharmacy students and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us data, contact us at nvtechmax@gmail.com and we will delete it.
9. International data transfer
Our service providers may process and store data on servers located outside your country. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
